not long ago I went to Paris together with my friend and colleague Birgitta Nordström. Now I’m back from another short stay in this magical city. This time I was invited to participate in a round table discussion at the Swedish Institute. They now show the exhibition Slow Art from Nationalmuseum, including one of my pieces.
Briefly I also met two France-based colleagues, Katherine Lavocat in Paris and Marie-Thumette Brichard from Lorient. Brilliant tapestry artists! Hopefully we will have more time when we meet next.
I ignored the heavy rain and visited some museums, among them Galerie des Gobelins and the exhibition Un âge d’or de la Manufacture royale.
And of course I also had to check on the Lady and her unicorn before I went back home. They seemed to be ok.
